"All was dark" ... quite aptly describes what is about to happen to our current fiat monetary system.
Whereas the Cutty Sark was the fastest clipper ship of its day, technology surpassed her in short order. For us, she represents the bygone era of fiat currency. She was magnificent & proud; she served a purpose, albeit short-lived. But just as she was surpassed with better tech, so will our paper fiat system (like every other paper money system as 100% of them have failed).
